FIVE QUESTIONS WITH...
Dez Carter

1. You returned just a couple months ago to NAPW. Where you were you for the better part of 2007, Dez?

DEZ CARTER: I just needed to get away for a while. I didn't feel like I was performing to the best of my ability in NPAW. I decided then to step away because if I wasn't giving it my all, then why cheat the fans? So I went back to where it all started. Asuka and I went back to Japan for most of this year. I honestly didn't have any plans to be back this soon. But when I got to Japan and everyone made such a big deal that I was back, it reignited my fire and love for this sport. I spent most of the time training and wrestling around Tokyo just honing my craft so I could return. I wouldn't return to NAPW unless I was the best I could be.

2. What's your favorite moment since coming back to NAPW?

DEZ CARTER: To be honest I've enjoyed the whole experience of coming back. I didn't know how the fans would react because here I was one of the ever famous guys who "Retire" only to come back again. I've been blown away by their reactions to me. If I had to pick one moment... It would probably be during the battle bowl when my leg was shot to hell and I still was able to compete and get as far as I did. I think that one moment helped cement my spot in this company and show everyone I meant business and wasn't just here to half-ass it.

3. You picked up a big win against Jason Cruise at Anniversary Assault, and in two weeks at ACES HIGH it might be your biggest match ever. You team with the NAPW World Champion THE BEAST against a team of the incoming DAN RYAN... and a man you're very familiar with, ANDREW ROSSI. Your thoughts?

DEZ CARTER: First off I'm honored to be teaming with Bruce. He's a great wrestler and NAPW champ to boot. It'll be great to see how we can function together. As far as our oppenents? I respect Dan Ryan. I've heard a lot of things about him and I can't wait to face a man of his callibur. Rossi? I don't know what more to say about Andrew. It's like Superman and Lex Luthur... Joker and Batman. I think he'll always be a rival and a thorn in my side. I'm sure he'll just bore us to tears with more of his "I love myself" promos but I know he's gotten my number. I wouldn't mind finishing what I semi-started the last time... And wiping him off the NAPW map. I'm grateful to the company for giving me this opportunity and I won't make them regret it.

4. Now that you've kicked Rossi's teeth out, what's your next goal?

DEZ CARTER: I just want to keep climbing that ladder and keep proving that I am one of the best NAPW has to offer. Just keep doing what I'm doing. Who knows? One day Dez Carter might be wearing that NAPW Title. A guy can dream. But for now, I just plan to do what I do best and that's compete.

5. Last question, inquiring minds want to know... what's the deal with you and Asuka? Is she... available?

DEZ CARTER: Well... It was always a kind of dance between the two of us when we first arrived in NAPW. The rumors were out there and the banter in promos didn't help. I can honestly say that going to Japan didn't only help my wrestling career if you get my drift. I won't go into this big drawn out story because this is a wrestling related interview after all but... No, Asuka isn't available. For some reason she's decided to become attached to a man who doesn't work a normal 9 to 5 job. Instead of being a lawyer or a doctor, he'd rather kick people and make them submit for a living. I'll give the fans a hint. The man who stole her heart? He makes his opponents take a little nap.

That's five. Dez Carter teams with NAPW Champion THE BEAST to take on DAN RYAN & ANDREW ROSSI on November 20th at ACES HIGH!

FIVE QUESTIONS WITH...
Northwest Express

1. New to NAPW, not new to wrestling. What's the story of the Northwest Express up til now?

RANDY LONDON: Well, two years ago my friend Yukon here, and myself, got into a bit of a scuffle with our at-the-time bosses. They didn't appreciate our electric attitudes...
YUKON GOLD: They hated the fact we were holding onto two of the three belts, too. So they had me wiped out while they tried to buy Randy. So, to sum it all up - we're just two friends from Canada ready to make our mark on New Alberta Pro.

2. NAPW is known for having some of the finest tag teams on the indies today. What are your thoughts on being part of this red-hot division?

YUKON GOLD: Well, honestly, I'm excited. I told the North Star that if we want to contend, we need to be the best. We need to beat the best. Most importantly, we have to pave our own road. So now we've been awarded with a Title shot on Night 2 of the Double Shot. I told ya, Rando, all we have to do is showcase how good we really are and we're gonna go a long way.
RANDY LONDON:You're right about that, Yukon. We don't need gold to be noticed, its just going to help a whole lot.

3. What are your thoughts on the other tag teams in NAPW?

RANDY LONDON: I watched Yukon's match against STD and Phoenix. It was a good match, but the way my partner handled them like he was his own army gives me a strong sense of confidence walking into the Double Shot.
YUKON GOLD: But we're not overlooking anybody, either. Because when we chose to bring Northwest Express to New Alberta Pro we wanted to do it right and show that we are the best. So we're ready and willing take down Coast 2 Coast, after that we'll take apart Wrestling 101, then on to the Blue Grass Mafia - all of 'em on the way to tag team greatness.

4. You have new enemies in one of NAPW's newest tag team, Coast 2 Coast - Link Van Haggard and Odyssey Baldwin. Do you have any idea why they attacked you? Should they except retaliation?

RANDY LONDON: Yeah, they should.
YUKON GOLD: Hey now, North Star. Honestly, they'll find whatever it is their looking for - now, if that happens to be the beating that ends both of their days as any type of wrestler - by all means they came to the right people. As far as why they attacked? That's easy.
RANDY LONDON: They wanted to take that growing spotlight that was shining down on NWX at Lethal Lottery II. I even think that if Link and Odyssey had any class whatsoever, Yukon would have been healthier and won that Battlebowl.

5. If you had the opportunity to wrestle any tag team from NAPW or REBEL, active or not, who would it be?

RANDY LONDON: I think a good matchup would be against the Royal Foundation. They're known for their skill, their legacy; plus the Foundation is a major name in the history of both NAPW and REBEL.
YUKON GOLD: Yeah... I'd like to get my hands on them, just once.

Perhaps the NWX will get their hands on one-half of The Foundation, Prince Darko, in the future. London and Yukon Gold head into the double-shot with the potential for tag team gold! Don't miss Hostile Hangover nights 1 and 2 in the Lower Mainland of BC!

FIVE QUESTIONS WITH...
REBEL Pro's Murcielago

1. You are the current REBEL Pro Wrestling #1 contender trophy holder. No holder has ever taken his title shot, when will Murcielago demand his?

MURCIELAGO: No number one contender has cashed in their shot because none of them have been as skilled and talented as I am. me, I'm gonna be cashing in my chance soon, just wait, it shouldn't be too long away. Just note this, when I cash in my title shot, that number one contender trophy is gonna turn into the REBEL World Heavyweight Championship title belt.

2. Why did you sign up for NAPW's Lethal Lottery?

MURCIELAGO: I signed up for NAPW's Lethal Lottery because I thought, that since I'm gonna be winning the REBEL Heavyweight title, why not go for the NAPW World title while I'm at it? You know, to try and become the first to hold both heavyweight titles at once.

3. Over the past couple weeks, you have joined with the banished-from-NAPW Crimes to bloody and beat Kyle Roberts. What led to Murcielago joining The Crimes?

MURCIELAGO: What else would lead me to The Crimes? Power. Everybody wants it, and since joining them, I have it. We're the best group of wrestlers in wrestling today, none can compare, just look at our "closest competitors", The Commonwealth. Did I not nearly take them down on my own? Now with the help of my new homeboys we're just gonna tear through anyone and everyone.

4. Your random Lethal Lottery partner is the vile Sebastien Martyr, and you two take on the pairing of Billy Kryenik - a man who had a shot at the REBEL title just days ago - and "American Nightmare" Matthew Kurtis. Some thoughts on these three men?

MURCIELAGO: These men, with the exception of Matt Kurtis, can get the job done. Sebastien, I was in the ring against him a few months back, and let me tell you, the dude can flat out fight. He's sick, and that's the best part about him, because that makes him more bad ass. As for our opponents, Billy Kryenik and Matt Kurtis, I've got nothing to say, I don't wanna waste time on them, 'cause you know, time is money.

5. Name the top three wrestlers in NAPW and REBEL you want to get in the ring with that you haven't, and why.

MURCIELAGO: Top three huh? I'd say Ravager at number one because for so long that man was on top of NAPW, running things, so he's the number one. Number two? Dio Muerte. He's been running the Carolinas title since I gave it to Chad Kurtis. He's fucking crazy, you've seen the matches, I've seen 'em too, so he'd have to be on the list. And now, number three. I'd have to say Superstar Tommy Deathrow, ok, he's not been the heavyweight champ or whatever, but he's done work in the tag team ranks, him and Phoenix have had their belts for a long time. So Tommy looks like a good choice for number three. Given I can probably beat all of them, I just picked 'em because they're the only people who I haven't fought who just might be able to compete with me.

REBEL #1 Contender Murcielago will make his NAPW debut next Tuesday at Lethal Lottery II, and no doubt will soon challenge for the REBEL World Title!

FIVE QUESTIONS WITH...
World Champion Donovan Astros

1. We all know you as Donovan Astros, NAPW World Champion. Let's go back a bit. How did you get your start in professional wrestling, and what roads brought you to this point in your career?

DONOVAN ASTROS: I got into this sport about 10 years ago, working for a company called Pro-Continental Championship Wrestling based out of Reno, Nevada. I was a tag team specialist there, and teamed with Derrick Steele there as a twins tag team called The Steele Machine. Derrick suffered a bad knee injury and got hurt and without him to team up with, PCCW didn't have a lot for me to do. I went to LA to do some stunt work there when I got a call from an old co-worker in PCCW by the name of Sean Southward that brought me to World Street Wrestling, where I worked from 2001-2004 off and on. I won my first World championship there, but overall things weren't as successful as I or anyone had hoped and that company closed down. I worked some indies in the Reno ares while helping Derrick with his wrestling school, the Steele Dojo. It took another call from another old acquaintance got get my face back where people could see it. So thanks, Jake Phoenix, for bringing the Worldwide Astrocide to light.

2. What does it mean to Donovan Astros to be the NAPW World Champion?

DONOVAN ASTROS: It means a lot more to mean than a lot of people think it does. For me, being NAPW World Champion is validation. I've always said that I'm the greatest wrestler on God's green Earth and having the NAPW World TItle says that what I've said is true. It isn't just that, though. As much as the fans hate me, as much as the wrestlers hate me, this title means nothing if the other guys in the back are garbage. So I'm glad that they're good. They just need to know that I'm better.

3. Ravager. The man who set the bar for every NAPW champion to come after him... and you're the first. Many people expected your title victory over him to be a one-time thing, but now you have two pinfall victories over the man. What are your thoughts on Ravager?

DONOVAN ASTROS: Ravager's a hell of a fighter, I gotta give the man his due, but I've beaten him twice, 1-2-3, middle of the ring. He seems to think I'm cheating NAPW with my tactics and my attitude, I think he was cheating NAPW by not giving me his full attention back in July. He as much as admitted it in China. But still, he's got the longest title reign in NAPW's history for now. He's got the most title defenses in NAPW history for now. And both of those are goals for me to eclipse. Ravager the man is just another wrestler, a damn good one, but not the unbeatable force everyone thought he was. Ravager the legacy? That's what I'm gunning for next.

4. Speaking of "unbeatable forces," your next challenge is potentially your stiffest to date, and the title match which your own title reign's legacy may hinge on: Five-time tag champion Bruce Richards, a man who has spent the better part of this year living up to the nickname "The Beast." How do you prepare for the man who destroyed Caliban?

DONOVAN ASTROS: I got a week to figure that out, don't I? I'll do what I always do, and that's work harder than anyone. You have people here who take their off days and film commercials or hop in the tanning bed or kiss babies and shake hands outside your local music store. I could just stand up and say to the world that I'm the face of greatness, that I'm the best and just rest on my laurels, but that's not how I got to be the best thing going. I work harder than anyone I know. I work in the gym, I work in the ring, I watch tapes, I watch old promos, I dig deeper than anyone to try and get an edge. Bruce Richards is just a man like everyone else and he can be beat. And I'll find a way to walk out of Seattle, a city that's been a second home to me over the years, still the NAPW World Champion.

5. Assuming you are able to defeat The Beast, there is no clear #1 contender to your title in sight. Who on the roster would you want to wrestle in a title match, and of course, any last words for potential challengers?

DONOVAN ASTROS: I've got two names in mind and neither of them are Chad Kurtis. (laughs) The first is Chris Casino. A couple months back we were thrown together as Tag Team Champions, and I wanted to slap the taste out of his smartass mouth back then. Now he wants to be all lovey-dovey with Ravager and the fans. Way to hitch your wagon to a falling star there, champ! Casino, when we finally get in the ring one-on-one, you'll be left bankrupt, let me tell you. And the other name I got on my list is a guy that's pissed me off and made claims to my belt that I'm damn sure he can't cash in. Jeff Garvin, ever since I became NAPW Champion, you've been bitching about how when you win the title it won't mean anything because you wouldn't have beaten Ravager. If you ever do become champ, "Original", you won't be beating Donovan Astros either! I saw your match at Complete Control II against Simply Beautiful, and the two of you were damn near equals for 60 minutes. It's just too bad for you that neither one of you is on par with greatness. NAPW, do what you can to stop the Worldwide Astrocide, but believe me, it's going to take an effort of a lifetime, it's going to take the best you've got and then some, and even then, you're still not going to get there without a lot of luck. Like me or hate me, NAPW, learn to live with the fact that I am your champion, and I'm going to be your champion for a long, long time.

That's five for the World Champion! Donovan Astros defends the title against The Beast in Seattle, Washington on September 18th. And if the champ has anything to say about it, Worldwide Astrocide will continue.

FIVE QUESTIONS WITH...
Rex Caliber

1. In just a few short days, you step inside CAGE OF DEATH alongside your crew The Crimes to take on five of your worst enemies. On top of that, recently you lost the REBEL Pro World Title to Stylin' Kyle Roberts and were pinned by Stone Zellor. What exactly is going through Rex Caliber's mind?

REX CALIBER: Through my mind? I am thinking about which broad in the front row of the Polish Hall will get to ride the Tilt-A-Whirl all night long. Are you thinking I should be worried? Yeah, you would. You might be scared of Bob and his Merry Band of Misfits, but me... I'm never scared. Sure Kyle Roberts took advantage of a back injury and an unfocused Rex. Rex Caliber is going to be REBEL World Champ again! This cage match is just one more thing to add to my glorious career.

2. Is there truth to the rumour that NAPW's current owners have made a bet with you on the outcome of CAGE OF DEATH? That if your team wins, you get the ownership returned to you no strings attached?

REX CALIBER: Truth to it? Yeah, you could say that. In fact you could write that in fucking stone. How the hell did you find out about that? Hold on, I'm writing your name down for the first man I fire... or should I keep you just because you have good skill at snooping? Anyways, Seven hundred G's are betted on Team Crimes. So in a few short days, Rex will once again be telling everyone what to do.

3. Why did you kick Ca$h from The Crimes just one week before CAGE OF DEATH?

REX CALIBER: Why keep a man who is nothing but a pure out loser? He hasn't accomplished anything except what the Crimes gave his ass. We made him Provincial champion and the son of a bitch couldn't even keep the damn thing one defense. The man is just human garbage and after I win back the NAPW, all records of him being a Crime will be destroyed.

4. If The Crimes do indeed win Cage of Death, what can your opponents expect for their NAPW future?

REX CALIBER: Bruce is fired AGAIN! Ravager can start looking for a new place to work as well. Actually, I'll keep him on as a ref, I heard vacations were coming up for the refs, and I may need a man. Stone Zellor... after he loses his Provincial title, he shall be the man to face Joey Malone every week to open the show. They're the same level of competition. As for Jeff James, I'll let his brother decide his damn fate. So basically, everyone in this match will have to face the full wrath of a pure Rex Caliber beat down.

5. Any final words before going into CAGE OF DEATH?

REX CALIBER: Yeah, you shall see the gory remains of five deadbeat, NAPW wrestlers. Ravager, I owe him a lifetime of hell, and in this match, you shall see it come up. My boys are going to kill these artificial wrestlers, and show the world excactly who the hell runs shit. The Crimes are the top group wrestlers in all of wrestling. Ravager... you shall get what you deserve. And that... you can bet on.

The fate of the NAPW hangs in the balance at Complete Control II. The Crimes led by Rex Caliber enter CAGE OF DEATH Tuesday night at the sold-out Polish Hall.

FIVE QUESTIONS WITH...
Stone Zellor

1. From Midnight Cowboy to Crimes-Killer, you've come a long way. How do you feel going into the most important - and most violent - match of your career in CAGE OF DEATH?

STONE ZELLOR: Man, y'know me - ain't nothin' to it but to do it ... But I gots to believe in my team mates goin' into this match. The Crimes have shown us recently that they're vicious son-bitches an' wit' my shoulder bein' as it is - y'know I'm relyin' on the guys. Bruce and Ravager, man, they've got my back just like I've got theirs - I gots to say I'm lookin' forward to it.

2. When you debuted, did you ever expect you'd find this level of singles success here in NAPW or fan approval? What changed for Stone Z?

STONE ZELLOR: I never thought I was gonna be a singles star, y'know. I thought me an' Clint were gonna rock this joint forever. But me an' him, we had that fallin' out an' he went and brought shame to the Zellor name. I had to get that respect back, man, an' I've been doin' what I do best ever since. I'm givin' these fans a treat, so it's only natural, I suppose, that they love me like they do ... I mean, just look at my match wit' Ravager at Badder Blood. That match put me on the map, an' it made the fans love me. Now I just gotta continue that - an' the CAGE OF DEATH is the way forward, y'know.

3. Who's the best dancer in NAPW? Besides you, of course.

STONE ZELLOR: I gots to give the props to Ravager on that one. Man can tap dance, an' that's one skill I ain't mastered. When he did shim sham shammy, man, it sent shivers up my spine ... I mean, septuple headspins are all well an' good, but if you can improv wit' just your feet ... Bruce is good too though, I'm teachin' him some new moves. Beast got skillz, yo.

4. Who's got the skillz to compete for your Provincial title?

STONE ZELLOR: Everyone's got the skillz to compete, but there ain't many wit' the skillz to take the P-Vizzle title from 'round my waist, yo. If you're gonna make me choose - I gots to say Simply Beautiful or Jeff Garvin.

5. So Stone. Are you and Bubbles really "just friends?"

STONE ZELLOR: Man, don't even go there. We go way back, all the way to Staten Island an' the old neighbourhood, y'know. She's my best friend, an' I ain't throwin' that away - 'specially when she's gettin' close to Bill Flemin'. I ain't even gonna start on that!

The Provincial Champion steps into CAGE OF DEATH in just a few days, and looks to retain his Provincial Title throughout September. Because he's got skillz, bitch!

FIVE QUESTIONS WITH...
Ravager

1. This past Tuesday night you experienced some of what the CAGE OF DEATH has to offer when The Crimes viciously assaulted you, and Rex powerbombed you into a pool of thumbtacks. ÊHow are you feeling physically, and regarding stepping into CAGE OF DEATH in just a few days?

RAVAGER: Pain is something that is part and parcel of being a wrestler. I don't feel great, but it won't keep me out of the match. It won't slow me down. It won't spare Rex Caliber any beatings. As for stepping into the cage... I've been in cage matches before. You never get used to them. You can't truly prepare yourself for them. But as long as you hate the man standing across from you. As long as you want to win more than your opponent, you'll be fine. I know that none of the competitors will be the same after this match. The difference will be, the Crimes will be gone, my team won't be.

2. How can you possibly co-exist on the same side as The Beast and, particularly, Chris Casino?

RAVAGER: The enemy of my enemy... You know how it goes. We're not going to party after we win. I know I have a match with Beast in my future, after I regain my NAPW title. Casino is owed huge. I know this. But for now, we have bigger things ahead of us. The Crimes have to go. The NAPW needs us to win. Casino knows that. Beast knows that. I know that. Egos will be put aside, if only for one night.

3. Why did you not come to the aid of Chris Casino at Supershow II?

RAVAGER: As seen with the Revolution, I can't be everywhere at once. Should I have been out there? Yes. I'll admit I dropped the ball. By the time any of us knew what was going on, Casino was at ringside with Rees, and then the Crimes are in, Monique is in danger... There is no good reason for me not to have been out there. I know what it's like to be left high and dry. If I can make sure it doesn't appen again, I will. I've tried to make my apologies, though it's not like Casino would ever accept them - and why should he? For now, we'll move on.

4. Changing gears, you have set the bar for any future NAPW World Champion immeasurably high. Fans call your title run one of the greatest events in NAPW history and the majority of fans count you as the greatest champion of all time, supplanting your old nemesis D!. Can you share us with your thoughts on your title reign, how you felt as you defeated more challengers, how it affected you physically, what you felt in finally losing the title to Donovan Astros, your thoughts on the new champ and what it felt like to NOT be the man to take the NAPW title overseas for the first time?

RAVAGER: It felt good to defy the critics match after match. There was a point that even I didn't think I would defend the belt more than once. Once I got by Kryenik, I knew that there would be no one to slow me down. I give Stone all the credit in the world for going Broadway with me. Beast put up a hell of a fight. Casino, Ca$h, Rees. All great competitors. But they all fell at my feet. Was I overconfident going against Astros? No. He was good enough to get the shot, so I knew he was a threat. I'm not going to make excuses about my ribs or the match with Jade the week before. I lost to the better man. He's proven he's no fluke. He made the belt a World title. Good for him. If he can survive Phoenix, he can prove himself again. Because while I can live without being the top man in NAPW, it doesn't mean I like being on the outside looking in. And rest assured, I won't be on the outside for long. Once this thing with the Crimes is done, I'll be back where I belong, fighting the best this business has to offer as the NAPW WORLD champion.

5. ÊIf you could make your own schedule, what wrestlers in NAPW/REBEL would like you to step into the ring with? Ê

RAVAGER: Well, guys I haven't faced yet: Murcielago is making some waves. Either of the Kurtis boys would give me a good fight. I still owe Krenshov after some of the Untouchables antics. I've yet to get Stylin Kyle one on one. And as for a fifth? Hard to say. Jake Phoenix? Tommy Deathrow? It doesn't matter. Whoever steps in the ring with me, they will get a main event level match. They will get my best. And I'd expect no less from any of them. I made my name by fighting whoever was put in front of me, in NAPW, REBEL, or TEAM. I won't look down on any future opponents, no matter what they've done in their career.

The two-time NAPW champion has his chance at becoming a three-time champ when he takes on Donovan Astros in China on September 4th as part of ECFW's Tuesday Night Terror. Before that, he takes part in the huge CAGE OF DEATH main event for the sold-out Complete Control II event here in Edmonton.

FIVE QUESTIONS WITH...
The Foundation

1. In less than a week, The Foundation will take part in what promises to be one of the most violent matches in NAPW history. What are your feelings going into CAGE OF DEATH?

PRINCE DARKO: Fuck all of them. The Crimes will walk out victorious. We'll lay them in a pool of their own blood, we'll laugh, then have a couple beers afterwards. Cause we can do shit like that, Crimes mother fucker.

THOMAS YOUNG: You just said it yourself, I'll be taking part in one of the most violent matches ever and I'm actually feeling a bit happy here. The Foundation is pretty much at home inside a cage.

2. Losing the REBEL Pro tag titles seemed to throw The Foundation off track. Are Thomas Young and Prince Darko truly once again on the same page?

THOMAS YOUNG: At first I honestly didn't know. Darko kept blaming me for the loss and I kept blaming him. The truth is the Brat Pack just got us on a bad day. They wouldn't have won that cage match if it wasn't for Darko and I fighting. The Foundation is coming full force at Complete Control.

PRINCE DARKO: Yeah word.

3. One of your opponents is the younger brother of Thomas Young, of course that would be Jeff James. When will this family feud end?

PRINCE DARKO: When one of them is inside of a box with a nice suit on. Shit is real.

THOMAS YOUNG: Haha... Jeff thinks he's better than me. I've proven him wrong multiple times. Then Darko and I went and broke his jaw. This "family feud" is going to end when one of us simply gives up. As you've seen with Jeff's behaivor lately, he's got no intentions on stopping his attack on The Crimes. And if that is how he wants to act, then The Foundation will gladly take him out.

4. You've been on a losing streak since dropping the belts. What does The Foundation have to do to get back into contention for the REBEL tag titles?

THOMAS YOUNG: The Foundation is going to dominate, plain and simple. The Brat Pack were stripped because they were shitty champions. They couldn't raise the bar like the Foundation did every show. The Foundation IS Tag-Team Wrestling. Remember that.

PRINCE DARKO: Personally I think those damn belts should be handed to us on a silver plater. We're the damn driving force of REBEL's tag division. We picked it up and took it to new limits. No one is doing the shit we do. Brat Pack tried, look where they're at. Tell Krenshov and FEAR they need to be serious if they think they'll ever be another Foundation. But we are joining that "Best of the Best" bullshit. It shouldn't even be called that, should be called "Can You Beat Foundation? Didn't Think So!"

We're gonna walk all over TNA put them in ICU next to that Sparx mother fucker then the same to any other team that think's they have what it takes. I don't care how much air is blown up your asshole, you'll never defeat The Foundation. We make history, those shitheads in the back make my stocks go up. That's right you can see my ass on the wallstreet journal motherfuckers. Darko Stocks bitches. PDS is the offical logo, invest all your money in that bitch. Next question.

5. Will The Foundation score a victory here in NAPW at all in 2007?

THOMAS YOUNG: The Foundation is back and we're coming in at 200%, give us the damn match and we'll win it.

PRINCE DARKO: If they stopped cheatin'. Anyways, I'm finished with this shit, I gotta wheel Brian out.

The Foundation are getting ready for CAGE OF DEATH next week at Complete Control II, and then head back to REBEL for the "Best Of The Best" tag team tournament.

FIVE QUESTIONS WITH...
The Beast

1. In less than a week, you team with Chris Casino, Ravager, Stone Zellor and Jeff James to take on The Crimes inside CAGE OF DEATH. Thoughts on your partners for what promises to be the most violent match in NAPW history?

THE BEAST: First of all, I want to say that all five of us have the same priority in this match: taking The Crimes apart one by one. That being said, it's no secret that I have had my problems with all four men. I've already teamed with Stone Zellor, who's a hell of a talent and a good guy, and I'm willing to bury the hatchet with Jeff James. Casino and Ravager...let's just say I'd rather have them with me than against me and leave it at that.

2. You have history with every member of The Crimes excepting LDK Lloyd Rees... and of course, it was Rex Caliber who fired you from NAPW at the end of June. What can they expect from The Beast inside the CAGE OF DEATH?

THE BEAST: Destruction. Fury. Blood. You know, all the stuff that people come to these matches expecting. I plan on giving Rex Caliber quite a lot of personal attention, but I'm sure almost everyone else on my side wants to get in on that action, so I'm more than happy to step back and focus some of my attention on Darko and Young. They're due for a little payback after last week.

3. In a recent interview with NAPW-online, your former tag partner Stylin' Kyle Roberts had some choice words for you. He said " It wasn't that I thought he wasn't worthy of wrestling; it's that he wasn't worthy of wrestling as part of the New & Improved D-X! So I dropped him. But the man should be THANKING me for giving him that wake-up call." Care to respond to the current REBEL World Heavyweight Champion?

THE BEAST: Kyle Roberts is notorious for his revisionist history. The fact is that Kyle was worried that he was losing some of the spotlight to a guy who until recently had been happy to shut up and let him take all the glory. So he "dropped" me, as he so elegantly put it, by smashing me in the face with a chair and a ring bell. I sent that ungrateful whelp packing off to REBEL Pro, where he's doing just fine for himself. But if he ever decides he wants to come back to the NAPW and play with the big boys, I'll be first in line to remind him why he left.

4. With Lethal Lottery II coming up, wrestling fans want to know: When will The Beast use his Battlebowl title shot from last year's event?

THE BEAST: I'm glad you asked. I've been thinking a lot lately about what I was going to do with this ring. I've been holding onto it for almost a year now. And I figured the best thing to do would be to take the shot on the one year anniversary of my getting that shot. So, Lethal Lottery II, I'm cashing in my ring. Bruce Richards versus Donavan Astros, or Jake Phoenix, or, god willing, Bob Ravager. On September 18th, I'm walking away with the title. Trust me.

5. Finally, what did you do during your enforced "retirement" at the hands of Caliber?

THE BEAST: Well, at the beginning, I drank a lot. Then, after about four or five days, I dusted myself off and focused on putting in some work with the bar. I was in talks with a few other promotions, but I held out, figuring it would only be a matter of time before Rex Caliber screwed everything up and I'd find myself back in. And, as usual, I was right. I had to come back to NAPW and save the day, something he was hoping would never happen... and next week I'm going to show him what happens when you mess with The Beast.

Great responses from The Beast, who we are glad to see back in NAPW. The Beast is one of ten men stepping into CAGE OF DEATH next Tuesday at Complete Control II. If you don't have tickets, you're out of luck - this must-see event is already sold out!

FIVE QUESTIONS WITH...
Chris Casino

1. Let's start with current events. What do you have planned for your opponents in Cage of Death?

CHRIS CASINO: I plan on doing exactly what they did to me and my wife. I plan on hurting them. Making their blood stain the canvas. I want them to go to sleep at night and dream of me whipping their collective asses.

2. What about Ravager? Even though you two are ostensibly "on the same side," there is a long history between you.

CHRIS CASINO: Ravager actually had me beliving he was one of the "good guys" but instead he showed his true colors when he left me and my wife to die. I'm sure he has his reasons, no matter how lame they are. Ravager only cares about himself and no one else. I know that sounds hypocritcal of me but I actually belived in him and he screwed me. I'll watch his back in the match but don't expect me to send him a christmas card.

3. What are your goals in wrestling after CAGE OF DEATH?

CHRIS CASINO: I'm going to regain the NAPW title. After all this I think I deserve a title shot. If Ravager wins, then his ass "owes" me. If Astros wins, well, it won't be much of a challenge but I'll still take that strap from him. Expect Chris Casino to wear that title again.

4. 4. You have wrestled almost every major competitor to come through NAPW. If you could face any competitor you wanted that you have it not faced, who would it be and why?

CHRIS CASINO: I'd like to face either Caliban or Bruce Richards. Both men have these supposed "unbeatable" auras yet so did D! and look what happened with him.

5. Question five is word association. Please say the first thing that comes to mind for each name.

CHRIS CASINO: Sure.

Rex Caliber - "Overrated."
Lloyd Rees - "Easier to beat than Wayne Wright."
Ravager - "Two-faced."
Devastation - "Who?"
Evan Cartwright - "A good friend who forgot his spot."
D! - "An awesome talent. Shame we never had Casino vs D! III cause I would have beaten him."
Tommy Deathrow - "Garbage wrestler. The Tommy Dreamer of NAPW."
Misery - "That guy freaked me out. Plus he smelled like feet."
Jeff Garvin - "Isn't that the guy who calls himself "the original?" The Original what? Gangster?"
Donovan Astros - "A cheap knock off of me. I carried him to the tag titles and he even stole my finisher! He beat a broken and worn down Ravager for the belt and damn near lost it to F'N Silver Dagger!"
Billy Kryenik - "A nice kid, too bad he's a drug addict."

That's it for Chris Casino. Casino will participate in CAGE OF DEATH next week at COMPLETE CONTROL II.

FIVE QUESTIONS WITH...
Five-Time NAPW Tag Champion
REBEL World Heavyweight Champion
Stylin' Kyle Roberts

1. Not only are you a five-time NAPW Tag Team Champion, but you are now only the second REBEL World Heavyweight Champion after ending Rex Caliber's lengthy reign. Thoughts?

KYLE ROBERTS: It's about freakin' time! I guess this only goes to show that I'm not just the good ol' tag teamer that everyone tries to peg me as. Sure, it took me a few matches to get my bearings, but this belt just goes to show you that Stylin' Kyle Roberts isn't just another failed tag team specialist trying to make it on his own!

2. When you left NAPW, you were perhaps the most hated man in the company. How do you react to having become a fan-favorite in REBEL Pro Wrestling?

KYLE ROBERTS: I'm not sure if I'd call myself a fan favourite. I've never really changed my tune much from when I first started wrestling in REBEL, or hell, even NAPW. It's not like the fans in REBEL are any different from Edmonton's fans. I do what I feel is right for me, whether it's telling Joey Malone where to stick his company, telling Bruce (in a not-so-verbal way) that we're no longer partners, or telling Rex Caliber that he's not the man who should be representing the company. If the fans are behind me, whatever. I don't go out of my way to please the fickle mobs.

3. So let's talk about two of those men. Rex Caliber has managed to single-handedly unite wrestlers from two companies in two countries... against himself. How ironic is that you are on the "same side" as talent you have battled with in the past because of this one man? What are your thoughts on Caliber's recent loss of NAPW ownership?

KYLE ROBERTS: As fans of the NAPW know, I was never a huge fan of Rex taking over the company. When it came to both Caliber and Joey Winchell, with great power came great douchebaggery. From what I've seen, when it comes to any fed I've walked into, if a wrestler's the one holding the reins, it's safe to say that the power will corrupt him. I haven't had TOO many issues with REBEL's owner, Rick Garrett, but that's because he knows it's just a business and he should stick to running his nightclubs. Hopefully, whoever it was that won the NAPW from Rex in a poker game will see things the same way.

And yes, I agree it was surreal to be fighting on the same side as Ravager. From the first day we met, October 31st, 2005, we've never seen eye to eye. But I've always been a man who can play nice if the situation demands it. Within reason, of course. And Rex Caliber just happened to get the goats of me and Bob Ravager at the wrong time. Something happened between me and Bob in that ring, and Ravager, somehow, was noble enough to let me give Rex the Bear-tamer, and that was all she wrote. The guy's still not on my Christmas card list, if you catch my drift.

4. Six months ago, you turned your back on your partner in the New & Improved D-X and went your own way. Yet it was The Beast who became the break-out singles star. What are your thoughts on your former partner and the recent events in his career?

KYLE ROBERTS: For some reason, whenever we tagged, it was assumed that I was the one with all the smarts and talent and he was the one with all the brawn. You know what? Those people have ALWAYS been wrong. Yeah, I called it quits with Bruce Richards. I was afraid that he lost that killer instinct at some point in our glorious run as five-time NAPW tag champs. It wasn't that I thought he wasn't worthy of wrestling; it's that he wasn't worthy of wrestling as part of the New & Improved D-X! So I dropped him. But the man should be THANKING me for giving him that wake-up call. I gave him a career resurgence, and it got him to a title shot against Ravager. He became a main-eventer, while I was spinning my wheels at the beginning of REBEL. But who's got a title belt now? I do. But, hey, if he wants a shot at my title belt, all he has to do is ask. Roberts/Richards II would go a lot differently than our first NAPW match.

5. What is the deal with the Commonwealth?

KYLE ROBERTS: As long as there's a Crimes to try to dominate REBEL, there's a Commonwealth to stop them. If I were to break off relations with the only people in REBEL I can trust, then everything I worked for in Raleigh will be wasted. That being said, I'm sure with Miranda on my side, it won't be too long before we can reveal our newest official member, Caliban! That's right, REBEL fans, the Amazonian behemoth will be joining the Commonwealth soon! In the future? Well, that would be revealing my hand too early, won't it?

Stylin' Kyle defends the REBEL World Heavyweight Title against the red-hot Murcielago next Tuesday night in Raleigh on the REBEL Pro Wrestling CRIMINAL INTENTIONS card.

FIVE QUESTIONS WITH...
Wrestling Legend Jade

1. Jade, could you give NAPW fans a brief run-down on your career and what you've been doing since retiring from professional wrestling several years ago?

JADE: Well, I would assume many of them would already know about my career [in DWO, IWA and NWC], sweetness. As to what I've been doing, about three years ago, I left NWC to devote myself to being a mother to the twins I had with my now-husband, Sean Laughreah. I felt being a parent was more important than my career at that time.

2. Which brings us to the million dollar question: Why is the Bitch-Goddess Supreme coming out of retirement here and now to challenge Ravager for the NAPW Championship?

JADE: It's very simple, sweetness: Sean and I still like to keep an eye on the places where we enjoyed great success. I suppose you might say we're keeping an eye on our turf, so to speak. Now, this Ravager fellow seems to be enjoying a certain amount of success with you people, but is it because he's really that good or is the quality of his competition that poor? Frankly, I doubt the resident lot of inbreds that pass for Edmonton fans would care one way or the other, but as a former DWO champion, I would hate to think that someone of subpar quality would be given the same credit as myself, so I have decided it's time that I put him to a proper test.

3. Is that the truth? Rumour has it that Rex Caliber has personally offered you this NAPW title shot in yet another attempt to dethrone Ravager as the champion. Are you or are you not coming in and being well-paid to, essentially, take out Caliber's number one enemy? How is that about "competition?"

JADE: Sweetness, no matter who I face, I am ALWAYS well-paid to do it. Besides, it's not that I consider Ravager "competition." The question is, is he good enough to be competition for a champion like myself? I have dominated feds world-wide, he's managed to hang on to [the top spot] in a two-bit fed for a while. If he can beat me, THEN perhaps he can call himself a champion.

4. If NAPW is "two-bit" why are you even here? Stop being evasive and vague. What is really going on here, Jade? The NAPW title is one of the hottest independent titles in North America today! Why go after it if it's small time? We want the truth! The NAPW fans DESERVE the truth!

JADE: Why, sweetness, even I have to ease in to things after a three-year hiatus. I have to test the waters a little, start small and then move up if things look promising. Your little fed gives me the perfect chance to kill two birds with one stone; I can shake off a little ring rust and put a potential wannabe in his place. How could I pass something like that up? Besides, your Mr. Caliber was ever so generous with his offer, he certainly knows how to make a girl feel welcome. *grins wickedly*

5. Obviously you're not going to give us a straight answer. One final question: Are you coming alone, or should NAPW fans expect to see some of your "family" of allies? The Brutality Pigs, one of whom, Sean Laughreah, is your husband, the other of whom, MaleovLance, is MIA? Or what about the man-beast Karnage?

JADE: Karnage will be accompanying me, of course. Sean may put in an appearance at a later date, but right now, we decided that it would be better for our children if they were kept at home. as for MalevoLance, well, your guess is as good as mine. That man has always been on his own plane of existence. *shrugs*

Thanks for the "informative" interview, Jade. Best of luck on the 24th.

JADE: Any time, sweetness.

Don't miss the comeback match for former DWO, IWA and NWC Champion JADE when she challenges Ravager for the NAPW Championship live from West Edmonton Mall on July 24th. Tickers are going fast!

FIVE QUESTIONS WITH...
"The Murder City Devil" Jake Phoenix

1. Jake, how does it feel to be the center of the tag team world, and never teamed once with your partner?

JAKE PHOENIX: What'd you expect? Ever since I got here to NAPW, I've been doin' exactly what I told you I'd do. I've beaten the shit out of people, sent people to the hospital, made the Kurtises my bitches, put Donovan Astros in his place, and Casino and Martyr? Down and out. And I'm sittin' here with the tag team title, that I won by myself, I oughta mention. As for teamin' with Deathrow? The way I see it, I won these by myself. I figured somebody else might want a piece of the fun. As long as he doesn't fuck with me like Astros did, we'll get along just fine.

2. But why "Superstar" Tommy Deathrow, a man you have no connexion to except a mutual loathing of Sebastien Martyr?

JAKE PHOENIX: Why not? Seemed like a good idea at the time. I hate Casino and Martyr and all their little hanger-ons, so does he. And hell, I'll admit it, he got me out of a little jam there, and I got no problem rewardin' behavior like that. Like I said though, he better get it through his fucking head who won these goddamn titles before he pisses me off.

3. You and Donovan Astros came into NAPW inextricably linked together. Did you expect him to turn his back on you like he did? Do you have any payback in store for Astros?

JAKE PHOENIX: I had a pretty good idea he'd do it. But I'll be honest, he got me goin' there for a bit. I actually thought he was sincere, but I think he proved himself to everybody what a fucking lying bitch he really is. As far as payback, I think I got him pretty good so far, dontcha? I'm sittin' here with the belt he had, and he's not even on the fucking horizon right now. I think Donnie's gotten the hint - but if he gets in my way again... he'll wish he hadn't real quick.

4. Changing gears. You're new to the NAPW but certainly not a rookie in the sport of Pro Wrestling. Can you tell us a bit about your history and how you got your start?

JAKE PHOENIX: Pretty simple, y'know? Went to school in Florida a bit, tried for the football team but they kicked me off for beatin' the shit outta the quarterback. Started bouncing in bars, a couple of wrestlers saw me and figured I could beat the shit outta people in the ring and get paid for it, too. That sounded pretty good to me, till they said I was too rough on them too, and got me kicked outta the country. Now I'm here till Canada gives me the boot too. That's the problem with people these days - everybody wants somebody to come in and fix their little problems for 'em, but nobody has the balls to deal with me once I do it.

5. What does the future hold for Jake Phoenix on his own and as NAPW Tag Team Champions with Tommy Deathrow?

JAKE PHOENIX: What's in the future? The same thing that's in the past - lots of bodies in the path behind me, and more in front of me. Anybody stupid enough to get in that ring with me, or piss me off, or whatever, they'll all get the same - dropped on their fucking heads and rolled out on a stretcher...the same thing Deathrow's gonna get if he doesn't watch himself.

Tommy Deathrow and Jake Phoenix will defend their tag titles on July 24th, if they don't kill each other first.

FIVE QUESTIONS WITH...
"Superstar" Tommy Deathrow

1. Congratulations on becoming a two-time Tag Team Champion here in NAPW. Were you as surprised as the fans when Jake Phoenix handed you one of the tag team belts and made you his co-champion?

TOMMY DEATHROW: You best congrat me. Please that bitch Jake isn't as dumb as he looks. An he had two choices right than an there. Co-exist with the Superstar or step up against me. He picked the right choice by all means. Now all he has to do is stand back an watch the Sexiest STD in the world work some magic an come along for the ride. But by all means he can feel free to help out from time to time.

2. A few months ago, Sebastien Martyr duct-taped you to a chair and threw you off a balcony. You were out with injuries for nearly two months. On July 17th you and Martyr finally step into the ring one-on-one, Falls Count Anywhere in Raleigh. What can Martyr expect from you on that night?

TOMMY DEATHROW: Martyr can expect to exchange body fluids with me, but that being of the blood kind. That fucking bitch will pay for all. I'm not going to let him off easy. It's time I stick a stake through that man's heart an get rid of him for good. It'll be fun an one the fans will remember on account of it's not every day you see a man get his ball sack pulled out his ass.

3. 2007 started off as the "Year Of The Doomriders." You and Billy Kryenik were dominating your competition and finally won the NAPW tag team gold together. So the question is: What happened to the Doomriders?

TOMMY DEATHROW: Well Billy got sick an lost his mind ending up in El Paso with a circus midget. So I'm told. Myself I let my guard down an was taken out for awhile. But mark my words the Doomies will never die an when you least expect it, BAM. Another ride will happen.

4. Inquiring ladies everywhere want to know: Is the SUPERSTAR single, or has he found the love of his life?

TOMMY DEATHROW: The Superstar is single. In order to be the STD you gotta spead it. So for all this man knows is there's hundreds of little walking talking STDs all around the world. The ladies all know they're the love of my life for the night. After that hit the road an don't call. I Thomas just don't have the time for a commitment like that an laugh at those that do.

5. What's next for Tommy Deathrow?

TOMMY DEATHROW: I may enter the Olympics or start my own production company. Call it Beer, Blood an Bitches. It's hard to say though the Superstar is always taking on new challenges. So I don't really want anyone to know what to expect.

And that's five. On July 17th it will be Tommy Deathrow vs Sebastien Martyr, Falls Count Anywhere, before Deathrow & Jake Phoenix defend the NAPW Tag Team Titles against Mystic Exposition on the 24th!

FIVE QUESTIONS WITH...
"The Outlaw" Jeff Garvin

1. You've been in the wrestling business for a long time. How did you get your start?

JEFF GARVIN: Well, I wouldn't exactly call it a long time. I mean, I'm twenty-eight, now; I started when I was twenty... so about eight years. My father, Greg, was a wrestler. Never made it to the big leagues like I did. He spent most of his career toiling in the indies. And we're not talkin' professional promotions like NAPW, where the product is fairly polished and refined, we're talkin' grimey, filthy, never-see-the-light-of-day promotions run by crooked former fast food managers. The kind of promoter that doesn't give a shit about the boys, just the almighty dollar. All they cared about was filling their own pockets, the greedy sons'a bitches. Thankfully, when I was just starting out, I wrestled for a regional-sized fed for just about three years, and then 'made it,' you could say, when I signed my first actual written contract with 21st Century Wrestling. The rest, as they say, is history.

2. What brings you to New Alberta Pro after years in the nationally televised wrestling scene?

JEFF GARVIN: Ravager, and his NAPW Championship. He's all I think about. Don't get me wrong, there's a ton of talent in NAPW, and I look forward to competing against all of them... But I'd like nothing more than to be the one to defeat Ravager, the man the IWC have adopted as their new God... For the longest time, that used to be me. I was called the best wrestler to come about in the last twenty years. Now, Ravager's that guy. I'm gonna take back everyone's respect. I'm gonna prove that I'm still the best wrestler, not sports entertainer.

3. What do you consider your greatest achievement in this sport, so far?

JEFF GARVIN: Hmmm... Greatest achievement... Well, y'know, you might be surprised by this, but it ain't any of the title wins I've had. It actually comes in the form of a title defense, one many people expected me to lose. November 2003... Players & Pawns II... My fourth PPV match with my arch rival Coral Avalon. Last Man Standing. I still consider it my best match. The funny thing was, in the under card there happened to be several 'hardcore'-esque matches. Flaming tables. Thumbtacks. Etc. And I remember thinking, 'Shit, ain't that great... now our grudge match is going to look foolish `cause ain't no way I'm introducing any of that stuff into the match, and I know Coral won't...' I figured the night's excessive use of ultraviolence would rob us of our heat. But wouldn't ya know it? Drama and good, psychological wrestling won out. I swear, the Nestea Plunge I took from the apron to the floor recieved ten times the pop that any of that garbage wrestling got. Plus, I beat him. I knocked his ass out with a Memphis Death Certificate onto a chair, and that was that. I won fair and square. Gotta love putting feuds to bed, and being the one to come out on top.

4. We know you want to lock horns with Ravager. What other NAPW wrestlers are you looking forward to tying up with and why?

JEFF GARVIN: Um, I think myself and Chris Casino would make for a good match. I was a big fan of his second match against Ravager. It was actually the first NAPW bout I'd ever seen. Also, I wouldn't mind taking the Provincial Title from Jeff James, so that I could leverage it for a Unification match against... well... you know who, hahaha. I don't really have many others in mind for specific matches I want. I'll fight anyone. NAPW management knows that. Hell, they stuck me in with one of their supposed top guys in my debut match. They know I want their. best. And they know I can beat their best. So, it's just a matter of time until I'm the champ around here.

5. You take on one of the most popular men in NAPW this Tuesday when you face Simply Beautiful. Final thoughts on a match some NAPW fans are feel is something of a "dream match?"

JEFF GARVIN: Simply Beautiful... nothing would make me happier than to end your career on Tuesday. Seriously. I've never met you before, but I hate your type. And you just so happen to be the man whose ass I get to kick first. Don't be surprised if, after you've finished tapping like a little bitch in my heel hook, the referee has to pry me off... I'm gonna wait -- I'm gonna hold on `till I hear POP POP POP... all your tendons and ligments torn. That kind of injury can ruin a person's chance at every competing again. So, you better hope I take a pinfall victory, and your butt buddy Brooooooooooce drags your limp body from the ring, because it'll be ALL BAD if I get a hold of one of your limbs.

And that's five. "The Original" Jeff Garvin takes on former Pure Honor champion Simply Beautiful this Tuesday night in Calgary at "WINNER TAKE ALL."
