RYAN STEVENS: I'd like to thank you for doing this interview, Outlaw.
THE OUTLAW: Oh don't worry, you paid the price it takes to land a few minutes with me.
THE OUTLAW: I'm a in demand guy right now, and time is money. Chop chop.
RYAN STEVENS: Undefeated so far in NAPW, and the winner of the prestigious 2009 Canada Cup. How does it feel to join elite company as a cup winner?
THE OUTLAW: You know Ryan, I've been telling people that winning the Canada Cup, and furthermore the NAPW World Championship was my destiny since got here. A lot of people ignored that because I guess that thought makes them uncomfortable, but I told them all point blank that I was the future. When I went out and won the Cup it was like I had finally silenced the critics, I had finally won the respect of the guys in this company and the people in this business. But it's the damnest thing, Ryan: It didn't do a thing for me. Everyone still looks at me as an up and comer, a "from behind" candidate for anything I do. I think by now that I have proved that I am just a little more than that, don't you? So yeah, winning the Canada Cup was a great feeling, but in the end it was just the achievement of greatness that I have long known I was due.And winning the Canada Cup was just the start, and the guys who still don't look at me as a legitimate threat to them had better open their eyes, because I'll tell you right now: When, and notice I said WHEN, not "IF" I become NAPW World Champion, I'll have all the power I need to make anyone's life a living hell that I want. And I damn well intend to use that power. These guys who disrespect me now, they are gonna know my name, and greatness eventually, one way or another.
RYAN STEVENS: Whether your peers recognize you or not, you're not lacking in confidence, are you?
THE OUTLAW: Not a bit, Ryan, not a bit. When your the best at what you do, and you know it, it only makes you better. It's like having some kind of force way down inside that comes out when it's needed most, and it makes you even more dangerous than ever. You know what I think it is, Ryan? I think I scare these guys. I blow into NAPW and just start dropping guys left and right. I come in here and make the fans notice who I am, and my star starts rising like a rocket bound for the moon. The guys in this company, they take notice of that, and furthermore, that I could take their spot, and that scares them. That scares the ever loving hell out of them. They don't want me to succeed. My success means that they will have to face failure at my hands eventually. So they blatantly ignore me, and try to disguise the things I do, and the accmplishments I have already racked up in my small time here, as meaningless to make me less threatening in their own minds. But all is for naught on that order. They all have to face the future eventually, and I am the future. When the time comes for me to step into the ring against whoever it is standing across from me, don't believe even for a second that there is a shadow of doubt in my mind.
RYAN STEVENS: What are your thoughts on the current World Champion, KRENSHOV, and your upcoming title match with him at SOLE SURVIVOR?
THE OUTLAW: Krenshov is gonna be a tall order to fill, but I've got tricks up my seleeve that even he hasn't seen, and I damn sure plan on using them at Sole Survivor. And make no mistakes: Krenshov is going to be gunning for me like a man possessed. He knows that I have the means to be a black hole and swallow his star up. It's just a little bit more than a Championship bout for Krenshov at Sole Survivor. But on that same order, it is more than juts a title match for me. This is my chance to cement myself as the star who rose faster than any other in NAPW history, and it is my chance to fufill my destiny. So it's going to be a hell of a fight between the two of us, and I urge anyone who has thoughts of coming down to try and play a hand in the match to seriously reconsider that thought. I am not above crippling a man to get what I want, and you can rest assured that I will do just that. Krenshov, I know your going to read this, and I want to tell you man to man, here and now, I want you to bring everything you have. I want you to throw everything at me but the kitchen sink. I want to beat you at your very best Krenshov. You bring anything less than your best, and your star is gonna burn out in record time.
RYAN STEVENS: NAPW fans want to know what the official deal is with you, Hatework and Jack Stanz. What can you tell us about this group?
THE OUTLAW: We're a business venture. I don't like Stantz, and I don't like Hatework. We all three work together to make sure that the best possible outcome for ourselves is reached. Stantz is making his money, I've risen to the top of NAPW faster than anyone in history, and Hatework has been able to raise his hell without getting his ass fired. It's all about business. Having a good insurance plan never hurt anyone, did it?
RYAN STEVENS: No, it never ---
THE OUTLAW: Your damn right it didn't son! I'm the answer to that question! You didn't need to try and answer that question, you should have just pointed to me. I'm walking, breathing, living proof of that.
RYAN STEVENS: Next question: Are you capable of answering a simple question with a simple, concise answer?
THE OUTLAW: Are you capable of taking a simple concise boot to the ass? If you got a question you wanna ask, I urge you to make sure it's the right question, because you go asking the wrong questions and you're gonjna find yourself laid up and hurt somewhere. I don't feel I need to give simple answers. I'm better than that. I'm the kind of guy who is going to kick your ass, tell you why I'm going to kick your ass, and then tell you how I kicked your ass when I'm done. I destroy your confidence, and then your pride. There isn't anything about me that is simple. I am a more dangerous individual than you have ever met, and for a multitude of reasons, that being just a few.
RYAN STEVENS: Away from the NAPW cameras and rings, who is The Outlaw? What else makes you tick?
THE OUTLAW: Don't worry about who I am away from NAPW. You need to be worrying about who I am IN NAPW because thats when I'm most dangerous. You stay out of my personal life, and pray to the god above that I stay out of yours.
RYAN STEVENS: Why are you "The Original Legend?"
THE OUTLAW: Because I am going to completely re-define what it means to be a legend, and I've started that already rising to the top faster than anyone in history. By the time my day is over in this business I will have re-defined what it means to be a badass, a Champion, and a wrestler. When I'm gone, I'll be the measuring stick of this business. Guys will compare themselves to my greatness just to see how good they really are. But I'll tell you right now, if there is ever anyone who can eclipse me, it won't be in our lifetimes, so don't hang around waiting for the next big thing.
RYAN STEVENS: Any last words for KRENSHOV, NAPW, its fans or the wrestling world?
THE OUTLAW: You guys have seen the future. Each and every last one of you. And that future, it's here now, knocking at your doorstep. You all ignore the knocks, hoping that maybe it will go away. But come Sole Survivor, there won't be any escape. The future won't be knocking at your door anymore. It's gonna blow your door down and fly right past you, making each and every ene of you yesterdays news. I'm here to stay. The Outlaw is a name and a force that you will all know and respect in just a short, short time.
RYAN STEVENS: Thanks again for your time, Outlaw.
