TEAM KURTIS vs GRADE "A" ALBERTA ATTITUDE

We get straight down to business in this one, as "The Angry American" Matthew Kurtis and "The Show" Chad Kurtis storm the ring, the six-eleven Matthew squaring off with "The Moose" Mark Millar, and Chad firing away on "The Wild Rose" Wayne Wright. Matthew whipping Moose into the ropes, Moose on the way back, and... big boot! Millar rolls to the sanctuary of the outside. Chad, meanwhile, lifting Wright up, and he's calling his brother... they're going for a... DOUBLE SNAP SUPLEX! Wayne Wright clutches his back as the referee tells Chad to take his corner. Matthew Kurtis picking Wright up, and grabs him round the throat! No, Wayne with a kick to the gut! He saved himself right there! Wayne Wright trying to hammer big Matthew, but Matthew - no-sell, no-sell! Wayne Wright looking pissed, and he backs off the ropes... AND RUNS RIGHT INTO A SWINGING CHOKESLAM. Good grief! Matthew with the cover, and a one, two, thre--- no. Moose with a stomp to the back of the head, breaking up the count.

The referee admonishes Moose as Matthew tags out to Chad Kurtis. Chad in, and heÕs going for a quick go-behind on Wayne... and then hits the German! Chad keeping his fingers locked, and rolling into... a SECOND German!! One more time perhaps? YES! Three consecutive German suplexes from The Show! Wayne Wright looks absolutely addled, as Chad picks him up. Chad, whatÕs he looking for now? HeÕs just spinning Wayne Wright round and round! What is he doing?! Chad stops, and watches Wright dance dizzily around the ring. Then? Superkick! Chad bounds over to the corner, springboards off the second rope... Best! Moonsault! Ever! by Chad Kurtis! So high, so smooth, so devastating! Chad with the cover, and one, two, but AGAIN no three as Mark Millar interrupts the count. The Angry American has seen enough, however. He's into the ring with YAKUZA KICK on Millar! Nearly took the man's head off. Team Kurtis look at each other... and signal that the end is upon us! Chad picking Wright up, and here we go... CK FINALE!! Absolutely devastating flipping piledriver, the crowd going nuts. And what's in store for Moose? BLUE! GRASS! BOMB!! Good grief! An elevated powerbomb, and that has GOT to be all! Double cover, double count! ONE, TWO, THREE!! This one goes in the books as a definitive "W" for Team Kurtis.

THE PLAYGIRLZ vs NORTH T. GUNDERSON & DEZ CARTER

Like the last scheduled North Gunderson match, the man himself is nowhere to be found. Instead, Dez Carter -with reservations - is joined by North's associate Johnston Rawk to replace the MIA North. This is the first time Dez has ever wrestled with Rawk.

The match starts off slowly with The Playgirlz employing slow down tactics to go along with their usual antics. This serves to further throw Dez off of his game. Chip 'n' Dale take advanyage of this to get in some early offense even getting a two count on Dez with their AssKremlin maneuver. Dez snaps out of his funk after the two and nails one of The Playgirlz with a vicious cresent kick to the head, followed by a huge Tiger Drive. Asuka cheers him as he makes it to his corner and somewhat relucantly tags in Rawk. Rawk storms the ring, taking down both Chip 'n' Dale and throwing Chip out of the ring! Rawk slams Dale, then runs to the ropes and hits a Springboard Drop Sault! He goes for the pin... one, two Chip breaks up the pin! Keep your eye on Carter --- Dez comes in and lifts Chip up onto his shoulders, it's going to be The OVERDRIVE. At the same time Rawk scores with the Poison-rana on Dale! They both pin their opponents (Rawk & Dale the legal men) as the ref counts one, two, three! Dez Carter can't be displeased by that result, even if he doesn't have his usual partner. Strong win for Dez Carter & Johnston Rawk.

FOUR CORNER SURVIVAL: DON TRAVELLI vs MAXX EXTREME vs JOHNNY ROTTEN vs JACK "GREY KNIGHT" SAFFIRE

The Four Way starts off with Rotten and Xtreme. Xtreme wastes no time, and takes it...to the Xtreme? Huracanrana whips Johnny Rotten to the mat! Xtreme springboards, looking for a turn-around leg drop - but Travelli blind tags him! With a punch to the face! Xtreme rolls out of the ring as the Don steps through and throws a forearm at Rotten - who blocks it! Dropsault! Travelli flips over, ass over tea kettle, and winds up on the other side of the ring! He turns, looking for a tag - and gets one, in the form of a clothesline from Saffire! Saffire heads in now, and hits a running forearm smash on Rotten! Rotten rolls out, and Xtreme VAULTS onto the apron and hits a stunning DRAGONRANA on Saffire! He covers! But gets just two before Travelli breaks it up! It's mayhem, referee Morgan Smythe has lost all control! Travelli traps Xtreme in his sleeper! Time to sleepa widda - UGH! SHINING WIZARD by a charging Johnny Rotten, Xtreme had ducked out of the way! Saffire is back up now, and picks up Rotten from the side, nailing a nicely executed backbreaker. As he gets up, Xtreme kicks him in the belly and snap suplexes him down. Travelli is on the outside, collecting himself. Or planning to cheat, whatever works best for you.

But Xtreme and Rotten won't give him a chance! Stereo MISSILE DROPKICK wipes the Don out, possibly for good! Saffire runs outside, and connects with a sick Falcon Arrow suplex on a rising Max Xtreme. He measures Rotten up for a clothesline, but Johnny manages to duck it. And then hits a reverse hurracanrana as Saffire passes by - the POISONRANA! Rotten slides back inside, and waits for all three to get up...they start to stir...stirring....Rotten off the ropes, here he comes! SUICIDE PLANCHA! CAUGHT BY SAFFIRE! And he drives him face-first into the guardrail, Rotten looks to be out cold! Saffire struggles to get into the ring, and Travelli slides in on the adjacent side. Xtreme quickly darts in, but gets caught by Saffire from behind in a Tiger Suplex. Bridge pin! ONE..TWO..Travelli breaks it! Low blow from Tavelli to Saffire! Roll up! ONE, TWO, DROPKICK from Xtreme! Travelli gets up, but Xtreme hits a stiff thrust kick to the forehead and knocks him clean out cold! Travelli lies prone in the middle of the ring, up to the top goes Xtreme as Saffire lies in the opposite corner, holding his gibblies. Xtreme with the Snuka 'I Love You' sign - X MARKS THE SPOT (SB does it way better..just sayin') ON THE DON! Xtreme rolls off, grabbing his gut in pain, giving Saffire time to head to the top rope, fast as lighting! And HE hits a BIG SPLASH on XTREME in the corner, it's mayhem! Saffire rolls out, he's knocked his own wind out! Travelli hasn't moved on inch - HERE COMES JOHNNY ROTTEN! Up on the top rope! SHOOTING STAR PRESS ON THE DON! COVER! ONE, TWO, THREEEEEEE!!!

Johnny Rotten gets the duke in his NAPW debut, what a fast paced, exciting match!

KEVIN KODIAK vs LEGION

Two big bulls in the ring here. Kevin Kodiak at six-eight, Legion at six-nine. It was two weeks ago that Kevin Kodiak returned from injury to save Chris Kamikaze from a post-match Legion assault. Last week in a Four Corner Survival match Kodiak and Legion brawled into the locker room. Tonight they finally go at it one on one.

Legion and Kodiak with the lock-up, both men ramming shoulders into one another trying to gain an advantage. Legion perhaps with a minor strength advantage but these two men are very evenly matched. Legion grimacing as he exerts more strength, Kodiak gritting his teeth like Bulldog vs The Anvil back in the day... Legion moving forward, forcing Kodiak back into the corner, but Kodiak digs in his heels... and starts shoving back! Kodiak forcing Legion back this time, into the corner. Referee calls for a break --- Legion with a right hand, definitely not a damn clean break. Legion follows up with some big meathooks --- here comes Kodiak! Kodiak returning fire! They're unloading the ammunition all over each other, you can hear the sick sound of flesh smacking into flesh as they fire. Kodiak with an opening, he fires Legion into the ropes --- running shoulder block sends Legion against the ropes. Kodiak roars and rushes off with a clothesline, Legion steps out with a SPINEBUSTER. BOOM. That one hit hard, one, two, Kodiak kicks out. Legion shook Kodiak with that thundering spinebuster. He decides to follow that up by sending Kodiak into the corner, where he follows up with a charging clothesline. He gets all of it, and Kodiak stumbles out into the Crossface! Crippler Crossface by Legion on Kevin Kodiak, Kodiak trying to fight it off, Legion trying to get his massive legs locked around the man's opposite arm. He's got it locked on. Kodiak could tap out, he's raising his free hand up... he puts it on the mat, not tapping out, he begins to push up. That's a damn sight, Kevin Kodiak pushing-up out of the Crossface, he rolls the man over one, two, Legion gets out. Back up and Legion charges with a big boot, Kodiak grabs it and then stomps on the opposite foot on the canvas! Legion doubles over in pain, and that's all Kodiak needs to hit a big lariat dropping his man. Kodiak... he's going up top? That's six-eight, two-sixty plus pounds on the top rope! Good lord, it's a flying bear. Big splash connects, Kodiak with the cover, one, two, Legion kicks out. Unbelievable. Kodiak signalling for the end, he's going to lock in the Bear Trap leglock, but Legion kicks him away. Legion wants the Legionnaire lock, Kodiak not letting him hook that in, instead getting out and behind for a big german suplex. And with these guys, every move is big.

Legion seeing stars after being dumped on his head, when he stands up he sees Kodiak charging at him. He doesn't have time to duck as Kodiak nails him with a Cactus Clothesline. Over five-hundred pounds of human mass topples over the top rope as both men end up on the floor. Kodiak throwing big right meathooks, Legion firing back with his own. This is just brutal... Kodiak throws Legion into the guardrail. He's hammering him there now, grabbing the hair to drag him somewhere new. Legion elbows in the ribs and then hits Kodiak right in the face, oh no, pick-up RAMMED into the steel ring-post, face first. Legion talks some trash to the crowd, Kodiak gets up, he's busted open. Legion comes at the man, Kodiak with a big boot to the gut. He grabs the back of the tights and beales Legion into the steel ring steps, shoulder-first. Oh man that's gotta hurt. The referee is making his count, but it doesn't seem to be impacting either man, they're too busy beating the hell out of each other. Wait a minute, the referee just hit ten! There's the bell --- This match is going to be ruled a Double Count-Out of the ring, it's a draw.

Kodiak and Legion both on the outside looking like they've been through a war. Kodiak rolls back into the ring. He grabs the microphone and looks outside the ring at Legion, looking at the blood on his fingers.

"Legion, I have to admit you gave me one hell of a match, you took everything I had and then some!! Man you are one of the craziest dudes I have been in the ring against in a long time. But, we still have not decided who between us is the best, who is the one to say then had beaten down the other. Neither of us has had our hand raised, and I have to admit, if we had a best of three matches I doubt it would come out any different then that. So Legion I have to ask you something, something I know will surprise the rest of the crowd here. Legion you have heard the old saying, if you can't beat them, then join them... what say you and me tag up and maybe help clean up some of the dead wood here in NAPW...?"

The crowd isn't sure what to make of it, but forget them, what does Legion have to make of Kodiak's challenge/request. Legion steps over the top rope back into the ring. He grabs the mic --- no, he throws it away. It looks like the fight ain't over, but then Legion grabs Kodiak's hand roughly and shakes it, nodding his head and almost laughing. Almost. Legion and Kevin Kodiak, on the same side? Bad news for anybody across the ring from these two beasts!

NEXT GENERATION vs THE FOUNDATION

Now onto one of the most highly atticipated match-ups of the night. The match gets on the way with Sakai laying into Prince Darko. I mean he is really getting after him with a series of stiff chops, kicks, and a variety of Puroresu-style strikes. Just as it looks as if The Next Generation is going to have their way with The Foundation, Darko gets a sudden burst of energy and hits a few chops. He creates an opening to land a drop kick, knocking Sakai to the mat. Tag in Thomas Young. Sakai gets back to his feet as Young rushes. Sakai pushes Young into the ropes and makes the tag to Santiago. Santiago springboards off the ropes and lands a drop kick to Young as the ref has Sakai exit the ring.

Young takes advantage of the ref's back being turned and takes control of the match with a low blow. Young then chops Santiago to the Foundation's corner. Young starts to work on the legs of the Mexican star. Mr. B distracts the ref as Prince Darko holds Santiago in the corner for a series of shoulder blocks from Young. Young then quickly tags in Drako. Young sets Santiago up as Darko comes off the ropes and lands a flying bulldog. Darko starts to focuson the legs of the luchador. Take out his legs, take out 90% of his offense. Darko with a sidewalk slam... then he locks in a Boston Crab! The fans are really getting behind Santiago trying to cheer him to a tag. Santiago refusing to tap... he reaches the ropes! The ref calls for the break. Darko holds on for one, two, three, four, and then finally he breaks. Darko tags in Young ---wait, Santiago is close to the tag to Sakai, but... No dice. Young kicks him in the back of the knee and drags him back to the Foundation's corner. Chants of Santiago are going wild. The fans are really eating up the luchador. Young and Darko continue to double team Santiago as Mr.B gets the attention of the ref. Sakai tries to get in for the save, but the ref catches him and sends him back to his corner. While he's doing that The Foundation beat on Santiago in the corner. Double-team here, double clothesline... wait a minute, Santiago ducks through! He dropkicks Darko, then links his fingers with Young. Santiago walking the ropes with Young's arm twisted, Darko up, Santiago leaps off the ropes --- head scissors on Darko, arm-drag on Young! What a double team move! All three men down, The Foundation getting up, Santiago going for the tag... He makes it! TAG IN SAKAI!

Sakai enters like a house on fire! Chop to Darko! Chop to Young! Chop, chop, CHOPS knocking The Foundation down. Young and Darko slide out of the ring to regroup. The ref starts the count-out one...two...three..Darko climbs back in the ring and is met with a clothesline for his trouble. Young climbs back in the ring as the Foundation get the advantage two-on-one. Santiago comes from nowhere with a flying clothesline. All four men are in the ring now. The ref has no control. Young slides out of the ring to catch his breath, but Santiago climbs to the top rope and hits him with a cross body block. The ref is leaning through the ropes trying to get control back. Meanwhile inside the ring all hell is breaking loose as Darko stuns Sakai. Mr. B then slides a chair to Darko! This could be the end, but wait a minute! "The Show" Chad Kurtis hits the ring apron and grabs the chair from Darko, tossing it away. Darko tries to nail "The Show", who simply drops back to the floor. Darko turns and is met by a sick Buzz kick --- DUCKED! Darko ducked the buzz KICK WHAM. Sakai missed the first one, then reversed his momentum clipping Darko in the back of the head with his heel! And that... Darko flops forward, he's out! Sakai covers, Young tries to make a save, Santiago blocks, one, two, three! Next Generation with a HUGE upset win! Thomas Young and Mr. B looking over Darko in the ring as Kurtis is long-gone, he did his part. The Foundation cannot be happy about that result...

JAY O'BRIEN vs MARCUS CHAMBERLAIN

Both men are in the ring and ready for action as the crowd are eagerly anticipating quite a contest. Each man is slowly circling the ring before eventually coming forward for a collar-and-elbow tie-up - and Jay pokes his opponent with a thumb to the eye. The crowd roar in disappointment as O'Brien hammers away with a few cheap shots. This time they do tie-up in an orderly fashion as Jay O'Brien sneaks around the back for a hammer--reversed by Chamberlain! Marcus gets a hammerlock of his own locked in, until Jay fires off a vicious back elbow and runs against the ropes. Marcus leap frogs over his running opponent as Jay bounces off the far ropes - straight into a hip toss. But O'Brien hops straight back up to his feet, if only to receive a shot to the knees as Chamberlain goes for an early cover, ONE! TW--NO! Jay kicks out as both men get back to their feet once more. The crowd are chanting for "Marcus, Marcus" as an irate Jay O'Brien challenges for a test of strength. To which the slightly smaller Marcus Chamberlain willingly accepts. They lock one hand, then two - and O'Brien delivers a stiff kick to the midsection and a DDT to match. He rolls his opponent for a cover of his own, ONE! TWO! THR--NO!

Jay O'Brien looks to be in charge again as he lifts Marcus to his feet. A few clubbing blows to the back and a side Russian leg sweep later and Chamberlain is down. And O'Brien locks in a cheeky rear chin lock, really taking the mickey out of the mat technician. He's playing to the crowd, but Chamberlain is getting back to his feet. Side elbow to the midsection and Chamberlain is nearly free. BACK SUPLEX! That did the job. Both men stagger as they get back to their feet as Marcus plants a boot to the gut, TORNADO DDT! He's on his way to the top rope, no, O'Brien is getting back to his feet. Chamberlain adjusts his plans slightly as he drops to the middle rope - missile dropkick! The crowd are roaring in anticipation now as Marcus Chamberlain looks extremely pumped up. It seems that this "part-time" wrestler has what it takes to tango. He grabs Jay's legs, hooking them as he goes for the Texas cloverleaf -- NO! O'Brien counters with a small package! He's got a hold of the rope and the ref can't see it, ONE! TWO! THREE! Jay O'Brien steals a victory! He rolls out of the ring, an evil grin on his shadowy face. "Anything to win, Chamberlain! Anything to win!" Chamberlain kicks the bottom rope in anger...

TV TITLE MATCH: JEFF JAMES (c) vs NIGHTMARE

Nightmare stands still in the center of the ring, waiting for Jeff James to approach him, a little more cautious than he usually is. James takes a few tentative steps forward the bigger man, squaring his shoulders and straightening up, staring him right in the eye. The tension is building, and the crowd's getting a little anxious, but one of these men has to make the first move...and it's Nightmare with a chop to the chest of Jeff James! The crowd cheers as James takes a step back, but he steps right back and clobbers Nightmare with a hard right hand! The crowd boos and hisses! Nightmare comes back with another hard chop and the crowd...boos? The Foundation is making their way to ringside! Thomas Young and Prince Darko, a little bruised and beaten from their match earlier tonight with Next Generation but looking at Nightmare with evil grins. Darko gives James a thumbs-up, but James looks angry and starts yelling at The Foundation. Nightmare, none too pleased with the presence of The Foundation either, isn't one to look a gift horse in the mouth, and he comes up behind Jeff James and turns him around...INVERTED SHOULDERBREAKER! Nightmare drops Jeff James thanks in no small part to The Foundation; not exactly what Darko & Young were counting on, one would imagine. They start shouting obscenities at Nightmare who just looks back and smirks at them. Jeff James gets to his feet and glares at Nightmare, who shrugs and cracks his neck. Jeff James rushes Nightmare, who grabs for him, but James slides under Nightmare's legs, and bounces off the ropes. Nightmare turns around into a FLYING LARIAT by Jeff James! James continues his forward momentum, rolling up and bouncing back off the ropes. Nightmare, not willing to take that lariat lying down, pops back up and gets a dropkick to the face for his eagerness! He stumbles backwards and falls over the ropes and out of the ring! The Foundation leaps on this opportunity, laying boots to Nightmare, as the referee starts counting Nightmare out. One...two...three...four...and the crowd goes wild for Team Kurtis, making their way down to the ring and heading RIGHT for The Foundation, who scatter to the other side of the ring. The Show and The Angry American get Nightmare to his feet and help him into the ring as the referee counts nine! Jeff James, who'd been recovering in the corner, leaps back to his feet. Nightmare charges at him, but James leaps out of the way and comes back at Nightmare with a lariat, but Nightmare somehow drops out of the way and James gets tangled up in the ropes! Darko grabbed Nightmare's ankles as he began to charge, and the big man fell to the ground as James was coming for him! As the referee lets Darko have a warning, Nightmare gets up to his feet and pulls James out from the ropes, locks up, and bodyslams James, then locks on with a chicken wing! James grits his teeth in pain, but he's shaking his head, refusing to tap! The referee's keeping his eye on James, not seeing Thomas Young as he creeps into the ring. Chad Kurtis sees it, though, and shouts as he comes into the ring! The ref heard that, and turns to see Chad Kurtis in the ring, but Young slips out, and Kurtis gets a warning from the referee! Nightmare lets James out of the chicken wing and stands him up, only to put him down with a short arm clothesline! Meanwhile, outside of the ring, Darko inches closer to Nightmare's side of the ring, but Matthew Kurtis rushes at him and they start squaring off outside the ring! Nightmare locks another chicken wing on Jeff James, and the referee gets back into James' face, who's looking like he might tap out. The referee asks James if he's ready to give up, but is pulled away by Thomas Young before he can get an answer! The referee starts screaming at all four men on the outside, and Nightmare has had enough of these shenanigans, and starts screaming at Thomas Young as well! Jeff James gets up and kicks Nightmare in the back, then grabs him by the hair and slams him to the ground. As the fighting on the outside breaks up, the referee turns around as Jeff James EXPLODES with the James Effect! One! Two! Three! Jeff James takes the match! As the referee calls for the bell, The Kurtis Brothers start voicing their complaints, and Prince Darko grabs Chad Kurtis and SLAMS him into the ring steps! Matthew Kurtis turns Darko around and pops him in the face, but Thomas Young gives him a low blow, and The Angry American becomes the SAD American as he falls to his knees, tears welling up in his eyes. Jeff James rolls out of the ring, obviously upset, and The Foundation run up behind him clapping him on the back. James shrugs them off, and keeps storming up the aisle, as Chad Kurtis helps his brother up and screams "THIS ISN'T OVER, FOUNDATION!" Meanwhile, Nightmare's fuming in the ring, gripping the ropes and staring daggers as he watches Jeff James walk out of the arena.
